TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brian is responsible for directing the marketing and disposition of the Houston Industrial Division of Transwestern on behalf of clients. Brian has over 30 years of experience with Transwestern’s Houston Industrial Division.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his tenure with Transwestern, Brian has successfully executed over 650 transactions totaling more than 2 billion dollars in value. He has also sold over 10 million square feet of industrial product. His most significant transaction being the three million square foot sale of the Thrivent Financial multi-city industrial portfolio. He has been involved in the development of over five million square feet of industrial space at Transwestern on behalf of institutional clients. Brian has completed build-to-suit developments in Houston for Igloo Products Corporation (275,600 SF), Banta Corporation (259,200 SF), Apollo Paper Company (150,000 SF), Carrier Corporation (131,000 SF), Oceaneering International (120,000 SF), Kaufman Tire (93,000 SF), and Freeman (91,000 SF).  Other transactions include HD Supply (601,623 SF), Goodman Manufacturing (494,800 SF), Bel Furniture (415,000 SF), Plastic Express (394,489 SF), Frontier (300,000 SF), Builders FirstSource (275,000 SF), and GE (261,990 SF).

Brian earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
