Our team members receive paid time off each year to serve more than 350 nonprofit causes across the country. From 2016 to 2019, Transwestern partnered with Make-A-Wish® to raise more than $550,000 to grant 52 wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses. In 2019, Transwestern selected Ronald McDonald House Charities as our new national philanthropy partner.

Transwestern leads leasing and property management for SPS Tower, a 31-story, 655,070-square-foot, Class A building in the Minneapolis CBD. The asset has implemented a host of new technological and environmental updates to make the building safe, including a living wall, touchless elevators, wave-activated touchless doors and electrostatic disinfecting cleaning protocols. Transwestern has provided asset services for 500 W. Madison in Chicago since 2014. This iconic 40-story, 1.4 million-square-foot tower sits above Ogilvie Transportation Center, one of two main suburban train stations connecting the Chicago suburbs with downtown. The first two levels contain retail space with 45 stores and restaurants. Built in 1987, 500 W. Madison is Chicago’s largest Class A, LEED Gold-certified building.
