HOUSTON – Transwestern announced the completion of East Belt Logistics Park, an 858,600-square-foot, Class A industrial development in Houston’s Northeast submarket.
“We are confident in the success of this project as the Northeast submarket continues to attract significant user demand,” said David Duncan, Partner at Transwestern. “East Belt Logistics Park’s infill location on Beltway 8 provides tenants with a distinct logistical advantage, access to labor, proximity to local demand drivers, and connectivity to the major Texas markets.”
Positioned along Beltway 8, the two-building project offers exceptional access to the region’s major distribution arteries, including George Bush Intercontinental Airport and the Port of Houston.
“Northeast Houston has emerged into a strategic submarket driven by a deep labor pool, access to essential thoroughfares, and proximity to the Port of Houston and George Bush Intercontinental Airport,” said Luke Hart, Development Manager. “We are excited to deliver a quality project in this market.”
Building 1, located at 12330 Lockwood Rd, totals 591,560 square feet, while Building 2, located at 12320 Lockwood Rd, offers 267,040 square feet. Both cross-dock facilities include 3,000 square feet of speculative office space and are designed to accommodate a wide range of industrial users.
Transwestern’s Brian Gammill and Craig Bean are marketing the property for lease.
