TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brian is responsible for directing and leading the Houston Industrial Division of Transwestern, which also includes the Central Texas Region. Brian has over 30 years of experience with Transwestern’s Houston Industrial Division and is one of the firm’s top industrial brokers in the country.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brian is a product specialist and understands all disciplines of industrial real estate necessary to deliver exceptional results for institutional clients. During his career at Transwestern, he has executed over 650 transactions totaling more than four billion dollars in value. He has sold over 20 million square feet of industrial product, and his most significant investment sales transaction is the three million-square-foot sale of a multi-city, Class A portfolio. Brian has been involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of industrial projects at Transwestern on behalf of institutional clients. He has sourced and completed build-to-suit developments in Houston for Igloo Products Corporation (275,600 SF), Banta Corporation (259,200 SF), Apollo Paper Company (150,000 SF), Carrier Corporation (131,000 SF), and Oceaneering International (120,000 SF).  Other transactions include HD Supply (601,623 SF), Goodman Manufacturing (494,800 SF), Bel Furniture (415,000 SF), Plastic Express (394,489 SF), Frontier (300,000 SF), Builders FirstSource (275,600 SF), and GE (261,990 SF).
