HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that Packeze LLC has signed a lease for 44,883 square feet at Clay Crossing Business Center, located at 11335 Clay Road in Houston. Transwestern’s Darryl Noon and Brian Gammill represented the landlord, HPI Holdings II, LLC, in lease negotiations.
Packeze, a manufacturer of custom signs, banners, and moving boxes, will consolidate multiple North Houston locations into this new space, supporting continued growth and operational efficiency in the region.
“Clay Crossing’s central location along Beltway 8 makes it easier to serve both our employees and our customers,” said a Tronown Thomas, CEO of Packeze. “The space layout and existing improvements are well suited to our operations, and we’re excited to bring everything under one roof.”
The lease reflects sustained demand for functional, well-located industrial product in the Northwest Near submarket.
Clay Crossing Business Center is a four-building, Class A project offering exceptional Beltway frontage and visibility, with direct access to the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road and proximity to I-10, US 290, and Highway 6. The building features 20-foot clear heights, a 10,365-square-foot office component, and ample parking.
