TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As a Vice President in Transwestern’s Houston office, Jack is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and leasing strategies that deliver optimal results for our clients. He is directly involved in leasing a 5.5M+ square foot office portfolio and in driving new business initiatives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With nearly 10 years of experience, Jack has been instrumental in over 250 completed lease transactions, resulting in a total transaction value exceeding $900 million.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jack and his team successfully managed to relocate Ryan LLC and Cadence Bank from Williams Tower to Park Towers. Despite challenges like the oil price downturn and the pandemic, they secured two of the most significant new leases in 2020: Ryan (66,750 RSF) and Cadence Bank (82,215 RSF).
Recent notable leases include NRG (300,000 RSF), Direct Energy (105,578 RSF), Cadence Bank (82,215 RSF), Ryan (66,750 RSF), Axiom (64,000 RSF), DNV (62,779 RSF), and Mattress Firm (58,503 RSF).

EDUCATION
Jack received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and is a licensed Real Estate professional in Texas.
