Scott has over 10 years of experience providing both domestic and international commercial real estate consulting and transactional services.


Since joining the Washington, D.C., metro market in 2009, Scott has negotiated over 400 leases and sales valued at more than $1 billion, including $250 million in 2016 alone. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as vice president for Summit Commercial Real Estate in Washington, D.C., and performed site acquisition services in Delhi, India, for Gumberg Global.
