Chris Lipscomb

Chris joined Transwestern in 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Vice President for Colliers International, where he assisted in the leasing of more than two million square feet of medical and office properties in Dallas. Chris is known for his proactive approach to client service and strong attention to detail.

 

Chris has negotiated leases with some of the leading companies in Dallas, including Amazon, Bank of America, Raymond James and Health Texas Provider Network.

 

A few notable projects include: The Galleria Office Towers, 125 East John Carpenter Freeway, 411 N. Washington Ave., 4200 Regent Blvd., 3900 Junius St., 3600 Gast Ave., 4004 Worth St., 10900 Founders Way, Copeland Tower, Craig Ranch Medical Center, Toll Hill Office Park and Hillcrest Oaks.

 

Key lease transactions include: FedEx (205,000 SF), Amazon (88,000 SF), ISIS (AT&T) (46,000 SF), Prism Health Care (46,000 SF), Interphase (43,000 SF), Orthopedic Associates of Dallas (28,000 SF), Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (33,000 SF), Bank of America (34,000 SF), Howard Hughes Corporation (36,000 SF), Meridian Business Center (42,000 SF), Cinsay (20,000 SF), Zynga (16,000 SF), Spine & Pain Centers (12,000 SF), Raymond James (8,070 SF), Walnut Hill Physicians Hospital (7,400 SF) and Urology Clinic of North Texas (5,300 SF).
