MIAMI – Transwestern Real Estate Services’ (TRS) South Florida Industrial Team of Walter Byrd, Ben Eisenberg, Thomas Kresse, John Vaught and Carlos Gaviria completed sales and lease transactions totaling 2.8 million square feet with an estimated value of $130 million in 2023.

Gaviria, who has been with Transwestern since 2012, was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2023, and Ryan Burress joined the firm as Research Analyst, responsible for conducting extensive market research and analysis, providing valuable insights to clients, and contributing to the overall success of Transwestern’s South Florida brokerage and investment sales team.
Under the direction of Managing Senior Vice President Andi Lopez, Transwestern was awarded management of three properties, totaling 1.2 million square feet, including:
- 255 Alhambra Circle, a 221,334-square-foot, Class A office tower in Coral Gables, Florida
- Trailhead Logistics Park, a 943,000-square-foot industrial asset in Ocala, Florida
- 6451 126th Ave., an 83,000-square-foot office property in Largo, Florida
The asset services team achieved the WELL Healthy-Safety rating for eight properties, representing 2.9 million square feet, and earned Energy Star certification for approximately 1 million square feet of office properties.
