Jet Engine Technology Expanding FAA Repair Station at 112,000 SF Property

MIAMI – Transwestern announces its South Florida Industrial team has brokered the acquisition of a +/-112,000-square-foot industrial property at 2100 NW 88 Court in Doral, Florida, for $29.5 million. Senior Vice President Carlos Gaviria and Executive Managing Directors Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd and Thomas Kresse represented the buyer, Jet Engine Technology Corporation, while Casal Group represented the seller in the transaction.
“Located down the street from Jet Engine’s headquarters, this strategic investment allows the company to optimize operations and scalability in the high-demand Doral submarket,” said Gaviria. “The property is well equipped with oversized doors and ample parking, and within minutes of the airport and numerous aviation companies.”
Founded in 1997, Jet Engine Technology Corporation is a Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 Certified Repair Station. The company plans to take over the full building to support the expansion of its FAA Repair Station.
