HOUSTON – Transwestern announces the strategic expansion of its Capital Markets platform with the addition of a highly accomplished national debt & equity placement team. Co-led by Executive Managing Directors Tom Melody and Tom Fish, the group brings a proven track record of originating and managing complex capital solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare and alternative property types.

Joining from Walker & Dunlop, the group maintains longstanding relationships with a broad range of capital providers, with experience spanning acquisitions, refinancings and development. In addition to Melody and Fish, Transwestern welcomes Executive Managing Director Paul House; Senior Vice Presidents John Melody, Wes Wallace and Drew Van Norman; Vice President Hallie Caspary; Associate Ben Enos; and Administrative Assistant Tara Soyal.
