Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Hallie Caspary is a Vice President in Transwestern’s Debt and Equity Placement group, where she is responsible for raising capital on behalf of buyers, developers and owners of all commercial real estate asset classes across the United States. Hallie works closely with a broad range of capital sources including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS lenders, private equity firms and GSEs to provide optimal financing solutions for institutional and private clients.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Hallie has been integral in the placement of more than $2 billion in debt and equity transactions in Houston and across the United States. Her transaction experience spans numerous asset classes, including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, and manufactured housing, among others. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2026, Hallie spent six years on the Capital Markets team at Walker & Dunlop, where she served as an Associate Director.
EDUCATION
Hallie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
