Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Ben Enos is an Associate in Transwestern’s Debt and Equity Placement group, where he is responsible for raising capital on the behalf of buyers, developers, and owners of commercial real estate across the United States. Ben works closely with a range of capital sources including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS lenders and private equity firms to provide the best financing solutions for institutional and private clients.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Ben has assisted in the facilitation of more than $500 million in capital transactions for various product types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, and land. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2026, Ben held the role of Capital Markets Analyst at Walker & Dunlop.
