TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Wes Wallace is a Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Debt and Equity Placement group, where he is responsible for raising capital on behalf of buyers, developers and owners of commercial real estate across the United States. Wes works closely with a broad range of capital sources including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS lenders, private equity firms and GSEs to provide optimal financing solutions for institutional and private clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Wes has facilitated more than $3 billion in capital transactions for various product types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, self-storage, student housing and land. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2026, Wes held roles as a Capital Markets Director at Walker & Dunlop and as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst at JLL.

EDUCATION

Wes received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
