Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Darcie serves as Regional Partner and heads the MidWest development efforts. She is responsible for expanding the firm’s operation throughout the MidWest which includes identifying business opportunities from Minnesota to Ohio. Her tasks also include responsibility for site selection, entitlement, construction, leasing and disposition of ground up developments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern, Darcie has participated in the development of more than 5 million square feet of industrial space ranging from speculative to build-to-suit projects valuing in excess of $1.0 billion in aggregate cost. Recent and current endeavors include the 300,000 SF built-to-suit in Wood Dale, IL, a 400,000 SF built-to-suit in Bartlett, IL, a 160,000 SF speculative project in Wood Dale, IL, and a 1.6MSF two phase development in Dallas.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as Assistant Vice President for Heitman Capital Management as an Investment Officer focused on industrial product. She was also the acquisition representative on the Industrial Valuation Committee which valued all industrial assets under management. During her time at Heitman, she participated in approximately $3.0 Billion of completed real estate transactions across four product types: industrial, multi-family, office, and self-storage.
