Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Darcie serves as Senior Vice President of the Midwest Region focusing on business generation, deal structuring, and general oversight responsibilities for all regional projects.  She is also involved with review of financial analysis and underwriting activities.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

While at Transwestern, Darcie has led several industrial developments ranging from speculative development to build-to-suit projects. Recent responsibilities include Brewster Creek I, a 271,200 SF speculative industrial development; Brewster Creek II, a 186,000 SF industrial pre-sale; Ridge Dove Valley, a 52,000 SF build-to-suit; Park 20-360, a two Phase speculative industrial development totaling 1.6 MSF; and a 450,000 SF build-to-suit.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as Assistant Vice President for Heitman Capital Management as an Investment Officer focused on industrial product. She was also the acquisition representative on the Industrial Valuation Committee which valued all industrial assets under management. During her time at Heitman, she participated in approximately $3.0 Billion of completed real estate transactions across four product types: industrial, multi-family, office, and self-storage.
