TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Sean serves as a Regional Partner, leading the Houston and Nashville development efforts, focusing on business generation and deal structuring with executive responsibility for all projects in those markets.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sean has participated in excess of 6.5 million square feet of development across mixed-use, office, multi-family, life science, medical, and industrial product types, totaling roughly $2.8 billion of aggregate cost.
 
During his tenure, the group has completed a broad spectrum of principal and fee developments, including districts, corporate office parks, high and mid-rise multifamily, hospital campuses and multi-phased industrial. Recent endeavors include The RO, a 17-acre mixed-use district consisting of boutique and corporate offices, Auberge hotel and residences, multifamily, and retail; TMC3, a 30-acre district with a focus on life science; the Rosette, a high-rise multifamily tower in Nashville; and Woodside Tower, a 30-story office building in Houston's Galleria.
 
Before joining Transwestern he served as Vice President for Davey Companies, leading the firm's acquisition efforts. Prior to that he was an Associate Vice President within the acquisitions group of AmREIT, a Houston-based real estate investment trust, where he participated in roughly $350 million of transactions.

EDUCATION

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from the Jones School of Management at Rice University.
