Micah serves as Managing Executive Vice President for Transwestern’s Midwest Asset Services Group, providing seamless oversight and client support for Transwestern’s managed portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Micah has been active in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience operating all classes of office buildings, industrial and mixed-use properties, acquisitions and dispositions of assets, and development and redevelopment of assets. Her background also includes internal audit experience in the commercial real estate industry. Micah managed KBS’s trophy asset 500 West Madison in Chicago for seven years, where she won an International TOBY winner in the over 1 million-square-foot category.
Micah worked with commercial real estate powerhouses such as Equity Office Properties, Trizec, Parkway Realty Services and Sterling Bay before joining Transwestern in 2014.
