Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Lauren serves as Construction Coordinator for the Midwest development office. She is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the region’s construction processes while maintaining communication with the general contractors, engineers, and architects involved with those projects. Her tasks also include covering the Midwest development team’s administrative needs, monthly project reporting to corporate and capital partners, project marketing, and project tracking in xRM, Workday, and LandVision. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lauren first joined TRS Chicago in 2016 as a receptionist, moving on to office assistant and project management/brokerage support in 2018. In 2020, Lauren transferred to Transwestern Development, where she took on the role as Construction Coordinator. Since joining TDC, Lauren has participated in multiple land assemblages throughout the city of Wood Dale, as well as multiple build-to-suit and spec construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

Prior to joining Transwestern, she served as Production Manager (by night) for both Fury Theatre in Uptown Chicago and Honest Theatre in Roger’s Park, while also slinging lattes and coffees at Starbucks by day.

EDUCATION

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Fine Arts from Regent University.
