Avery specializes in agency leasing for office properties and provides tenant and owner/user representation in Houston, TX. She develops and refines leasing strategies for a diverse portfolio of office assets while collaborating with brokers, landlords, and tenants to drive transactions and deliver measurable value. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern in August 2023, Avery has gained hands-on experience in all aspects of office leasing, with a primary emphasis on landlord representation. Expanding her skill set, Avery has also strengthened her tenant representation capabilities through active involvement in space acquisitions, sublease negotiations, and strategic market tours. Her work includes extensive prospecting, financial analysis, and supporting new business pitches, further enhancing her versatility and value to clients.

In 2025, Avery’s team delivered the winning pitch for the Transwestern Brokerage Foundations Program Class of ’25, a recognition that reflects her creativity, analytical thinking, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

EDUCATION

Avery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in 2021 and a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University in 2023.
