TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Todd Hawpe specializes in real estate solutions for both local and nationally-based industrial users. Throughout his career, he has worked with both tenants and landlords, experience that proves valuable when going through the process of a new lease and lease renewals with his clients. Todd works diligently with users to satisfy any need, from relocation to acquisition, expansion, overflow storage and more. He has significant experience working for landlords and sellers with the disposition of industrial real estate.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Todd has been working in the Fort Worth and Tarrant County industrial market for years, handling leasing assignments for logistics companies, specialized response units, mailing services, steel distributors and building material suppliers, and handling acquisitions for heavy equipment facilities and diesel fuel distributors. In addition, he has years of experience providing landlord representation for both industrial and office properties throughout Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
