Transwestern Occupier Solutions Team Aids in Site Selection for New Location

Fort Worth, Texas – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Rhythm Band Instruments LLC, a musical instrument and percussion product company for music educators, has signed a 39,000-square-foot lease with Saginaw DC Industrial Park at 923 Cook Lane. Expanding its footprint in the Fort Worth area by more than 5,000 square feet, Rhythm Band Instruments will relocate into this new, Class A, freestanding building from its previous location at 2051 Franklin Drive. Transwestern Occupier Solutions experts Todd Hawpe and Jeff Givens provide tenant advisory services for Rhythm Band Instruments.

Rhythm Band Instruments had been subleasing space in the area for the past few years when Transwestern’s Occupier Solutions team was engaged to help the company find a permanent home. After considering multiple options in the North Fort Worth submarket, the terms and functionality at 923 Cook Lane created a valuable opportunity for Rhythm Band Instruments.
According to Transwestern’s First-Quarter Industrial Report, strong demand and intelligent development has kept industrial vacancies at 7% or below during the last five years.
