As a principal with West, Lane & Schlager Realty Advisors for over 18 years, Matt completed numerous strategic plans and transactions for some of the most influential non-profits, associations, law firms, professional service companies and NGOs, including the American Councils for International Education, a 45-year-old NGO focused on academic exchange, professional training, distance learning, curriculum and test development. Matt delivered technical assistance, research, and building evaluation to American Councils resulting in their renewal of 40,000 square feet in a LEED-EB building in the heart of Washington’s Central Business District.
In his early career, Matt gained valuable experience at Equis Corporation, a national corporate real estate company specializing in the exclusive representation of business space users and tenants.
