TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a senior vice president, Chad leads healthcare business development initiatives and provides commercial real estate services for a wide variety of healthcare properties throughout San Antonio. Chad joined Transwestern in 2017 and brings over 28 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry with the last 15 years focused on healthcare development, tenant advisory and landlord agency leasing.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

As an integral part of Transwestern’s National Healthcare Advisory Services group, Chad was a CoStar Power Broker Award Recipient in 2018 and recently recognized as a Top Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate by Real Estate Forum Magazine. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as Vice President at Atlee Development for 11 years where he was part of a team that developed 18 healthcare projects totaling over 800,000 square feet.

EDUCATION

Chad received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Biola University in Los Angeles, California. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
