SAN ANTONIO – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces four leases, totaling 35,877 square feet, have been executed at Sunset at Treeline, the only Class A medical office building in Alamo Heights located at 430 West Sunset. Transwestern Senior Vice President Chad Gunter represented the landlord, Casey Development in the following transactions:
- FCC MSO leased 12,646 square feet.
- Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio leased 11,036 square feet.
- Katherine Cornforth, MD, OBGYN leased 6,135 square feet.
- Northeast OB/GYN leased 6,060 square feet.
“These deals emphasize the high demand for top-tier medical office spaces in San Antonio, despite the challenges faced by the real estate market,” said Gunter. “The physicians joining the building will be providing a variety of medical services to a community that is lacking quality medical office space.”
The 64,644-square-foot building is strategically located within Alamo Heights and has access to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital. Sunset at Treeline boasts an expansive rooftop patio overlooking The Quarry golf course, top-of-the-line finishes, a sub-level parking garage and covered patient drop-off.
