Yesenia provides landlord representation services for a wide range of commercial properties with a focus on office and healthcare assets. As Senior Associate, she works closely with the brokerage teams in business development, agency leasing and tenant advisory services, representing a portfolio of over 1M square feet throughout the San Antonio, Central and South Texas regions. She brings extensive market knowledge of the region and uses her deep understanding of current market conditions and thoughtful approach of marketing assets to best serve her clients in their real estate strategies. Since joining Transwestern in 2012, Yesenia has immersed herself in commercial real estate from all sides of the business. As Vice President, she oversaw marketing, advertising, public relations, research, and data analytics for the San Antonio market for 10 years. She then transitioned to National Director of Learning & Development, holding responsibility for strategy and implementation of Transwestern’s learning and development initiatives, partnering with all service lines and support functions across the organization for over 2,300 team members.

Yesenia graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She is a proud graduate of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber’s Alexander Briseño Leadership Development Program and is fluent in Spanish. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in the State of Texas.
