As Vice President at Transwestern, Luis provides Buyer/Tenant representation and investment services across a wide range of commercial property types, with a strong emphasis on office and industrial assets. He leverages extensive market knowledge and a deep understanding of current real estate conditions to guide clients through complex business strategies and real estate decisions. His approach is rooted in delivering strategic value, ensuring clients are positioned to make informed, advantageous choices in an evolving market landscape.

Luis’ competitive drive and commitment to client success have resulted in hundreds of completed transactions totaling more than 2.3 million square feet and exceeding $350MM in aggregate value. His experience spans corporate transactions, occupier and agency lease negotiations, investment and user acquisitions, and site selection assignments.

Before joining Transwestern in 2012, Luis served as a Research Analyst at Newmark, where he played a key role on the Regional Client Services team. He led research initiatives for the San Antonio and Austin markets, overseeing the acquisition, verification, and analysis of commercial real estate data. His work supported quarterly market reporting and provided critical insights into local market trends.

His notable transaction experience includes representing clients such as Datapoint Surveying & Mapping at Network Tech Center, Toshiba at One Village Park & Arion Business Park, Action Behavior Center and Siemens at Pinnacle Oaks, X Technologies and WellMed at Centerview Crossing, and Spectrum and Tradecraft at Crosswinds Business Park. Additional work includes assignments for Santikos at Lockhill Crossing, EKF Diagnostics, Veho Tech, and HEB at Blossom Cove, as well as the 305,000-square-foot sale of Blossom Business Park on behalf of Action Behavior Center.

Luis received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from The University of Texas – San Antonio.
