FORT WORTH – Transwestern today announces the following transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
SALES
KBW Property Ltd sold 4801 Esco, a 149,981-square-foot industrial property in Fort Worth to Empire Roofing for an undisclosed price. Transwestern Principal Jack Huff and Vice President Grant Huff represented the seller in the transaction.
Fort Worth Independent School District purchased 6 acres of land at 4050 S. Hulen in Fort Worth from Congregation Ahavath Sholom. Transwestern Principal Jack Huff and Vice President Grant Huff represented the seller in the transaction. Mack House of Westover Group represented the buyer.
Gyant GP LLC sold 631 106th St., a 41,868-square-foot flex property in Arlington, Texas to P. Lawler Enterprises for an undisclosed price. Transwestern Principal Jeff Givens and David Barber with Formation Real Estate handled transaction.
A local investor, Armet Dale Street Ltd. Partnership, purchased 3.9 acres of land at 7601 Scott St. in White Settlement, Texas from West Side Rec Center. Transwestern Principal Todd Hawpe represented the buyer in the transaction, and Principals Kyle Poulson and Jack Huff represented the seller.
Jameel Toron purchased 1721 Everman Pkwy., a 2,880-square-foot retail property in Everman, Texas for an undisclosed price. Transwestern Principal Todd Hawpe and Associate Dallas Margeson represented the seller in the direct transaction.
LEASES:
International Industrial Contracting Corporation signed a new lease for 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 3200 Randol Mill Rd. in Fort Worth. Transwestern Vice President Joe Rudd negotiated the transaction with the tenant and the landlord, Langeco Management Group.
Keste LLC extended its lease for 20,792 square feet of office space at International Business Park, 6100 W. Plano Pkwy., in Plano, Texas. Transwestern Principal Duane Henley represented the tenant in the transaction.
IMAP Global Logistics signed a new lease for 16,221 square feet of industrial space at Northwest Trade Center 10, 1063 Texan Trail in Grapevine, Texas. Transwestern Principals John Fulton and Brett Owens represented the tenant in the transaction. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord, Prologis.
SFC Operating Corp. renewed its lease for 16,160 square feet of office space at 777 Main in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Dallas Margeson represented the landlord in the direct transaction.
Frye-Stone Inc. signed a new lease for 12,262 square feet of industrial space at 2233 Solona St. in Haltom City, Texas. Transwestern Vice President Brent Landfried represented the tenant in the transaction.
Tidewater Logistics Operating LLC signed a new lease for 4,065 square feet of office space at 550 Bailey Ave. in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Dallas Margeson represented the landlord in the transaction. David Walters of CBRE represented the tenant.
ERA Health LLC renewed its lease for 3,102 square feet of office space at 777 Main in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Dallas Margeson represented the landlord in the transaction. Transwestern Principal Jack Huff and Vice President Grant Huff represented the tenant.
