FORT WORTH – Transwestern today announces the following transactions in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
SALES
Mayfair Investments LLC sold 7471 Benbrook Pkwy., a 76,625-square-foot industrial property in Benbrook, Texas to Fort Capital for an undisclosed price. Transwestern Principals Todd Hawpe and Jack Huff and Vice President Grant Huff negotiated the transaction.
Besco Properties LLC purchased Hemphill Ave Industrial, a 68,072-square-foot industrial building at 3521 Hemphill St. in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Jeff Givens negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, Gyant Hemphill LLC. Ryan Matthews of JLL represented the buyer.
Armet Dale Street Ltd. purchased 2301 Solona, a 12,900-square-foot industrial property in Halton City from L&D Real Estate for an undisclosed price. Transwestern Principals Todd Hawpe and Jeff Givens represented the buyer in the transaction.
Realty Capital Management LLC purchased 9 acres of land at Summer Creek Station, at the intersection of Summer Creek Drive and Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Lester Day, Managing Director Steve Williamson and Senior Vice President Larry Jordan represented the seller, Summer Sycamore I Ltd., in the direct transaction.
LEASES
Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers Inc. signed a new lease for 25,750 square feet of office space at 4020 Bryant Irving Rd. in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principals Kirk Kelly and Jack Huff represented the landlord, FW Waterside Office LLC, in the transaction. Brad Mason and John Beach with Jackson Cooksey represented the tenant.
Layne Glass Company LLC signed a new lease for 21,404 square feet of industrial space at Riverbend Business Park, 7500 Jack Newell Blvd. S., in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Jeff Givens negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Riverbend Industrial Partners Ltd., in the transaction. Amber Calhoun and Trey Neville of Stablemade Group represented the tenant.
Diamond Chain Company renewed its lease for 12,450 square feet of industrial space at 9120 Premier Row in Dallas. Transwestern Vice President Joe Rudd represented both the landlord, Bock Interests LLC, and the tenant in the transaction.
Denke McBride & Ryan CPAs LLC signed a new lease for 6,696 square feet of office space at 4200 S. Hulen Office Building in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Dallas Margeson represented the landlord in the transaction. Pat McDowell of JLL represented the tenant.
Funky Picnic LLC signed a new lease for 4,600 square feet of retail space at Retail on Bryan Ave, 401 Bryan Ave., in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Todd Hawpe and Vice President Grant Huff represented the tenant in the transaction. Jeff Marek of Vision Commercial represented the landlord.
Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson Feary signed a new lease for 4,420 square feet of office space at 777 Main in Fort Worth. Transwestern Principal Whit Kelly and Associate Jason Harrell represented the landlord in the transaction. Matt Montague of JLL represented the tenant.
