Joe Rudd is active in Industrial Real Estate Brokerage, representing both Landlord's and Tenant's, including leasing, sales, acquisition and disposition within the Dallas-Fort Worth submarket.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Joe joined Transwestern in April 2013. Prior to Transwestern, Joe was a Vice President and Market Officer with Prologis for eight years, where he negotiated leases in both the Dallas-Fort Worth and El Paso submarkets.
During his real estate career, Joe has been directly involved with both the sale and leasing of more than 47 million square feet of improved industrial real estate and more than 1,400 acres of land for Industrial Development projects.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Joe is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. While with ProLogis, he was consistently recognized as a Top Producer within the firm’s Central Region, being directly responsible for negotiating in excess of 300 Industrial Leases, including many more than 400,000 SF each.
In March 2016, Joe was directly involved with the sale and purchase of 119.7 acres, located at the exact NWC of IH-20 and Hwy 360, Arlington, Tx to a JV between Ridge Development and Invesco. As a result, Joe was the lead team member in successfully leasing a multi-phase, LEED Certified, 1.6 million sq. ft., 7 Building Distribution/Logistics Center named ’Park 20360’, which was developed and delivered during 2018/19 and ultimately sold in December 2019 to Heitman LLC for more than $100 million. In April 2019, Park 20360 was awarded the Dallas Business Journal’s ’Best Industrial Development of 2018’ Award.
From 2019 thru today Joe has worked closely with Ironwood Realty Partners representing Ironwood on several of its State-of-the Art Distribution/Logistics Parks, such as Bardin Crossing, Warrior Trail Crossing and 360 Crossing @ Red Hawk Distribution Center, all located in the Great Southwest Industrial District.
In addition, Joe worked closely with Prologis from 2018 thru 2022 to purchase and re-zone approximately 60 acres of land located a the SWC of New York Avenue and Mayfield Road in Arlington, Tx in order develop Prologis' Interchange 20, a LEED Certified, four bldg., 740,000 sq. ft. State of the Art Distribution/Logistics Park. Joe continues to work with this project as part of its leasing team.

EDUCATION
Joe received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University. He is a Single/Multi-Engine Land and Sea Commercial Pilot and both a Certified Flight (Airplane/Instrument) and Advanced Ground Instructor. He has flown many different types of vintage aircraft, both propeller and turbojet/turbofan, including a Russian Mig-15.
