In 2001, Kirk entered the commercial real estate business with a focus on office sales, acquisitions and tenant representation where he has negotiated over 3,000,000 square feet in transactions and over $800 million in total consideration. Kirk started his career with Kelly, Geren & Searcy and later became a principal with NAI Huff Partners in 2008 before merging with Transwestern in 2010.
