Kirk Kelly is active in all types of commercial properties, including project leasing and tenant representation for office properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

In 2001, Kirk entered the commercial real estate business with a focus on office sales, acquisitions and tenant representation, and has negotiated more than 2.5 million square feet in transactions and over $600 million in total consideration.  He started his career with Kelly Geren & Searcy and became a principal with NAI Huff Partners in 2008, before the firm merged with Transwestern in 2010.
