TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Michael D’Amelio is a Vice President with Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group. In this capacity, Mike exclusively focuses on the marketing and sale of multifamily investment property and development sites throughout the Washington, D.C./Baltimore metro areas to include Northern Virginia.
 
His primary responsibilities include business development, transaction management, managing client relationships, and financial underwriting of multifamily investment property.  
 
Born and raised in Baltimore County, Mike meticulously knows and tracks the greater Baltimore and Washington D.C. real estate markets. His experience and extensive knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic apartment market enables him to serve  and guide clients while producing reliable and timely results.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since joining Transwestern in 2017, Mike has been involved in the sale of more than 15,000 multifamily units and multiple development sites accounting for over $2.8 billion in aggregate value.

EDUCATION

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in accounting from Salisbury University on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
