TRANSWESTERN ROLE

In her role of Senior Vice President of Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions, Kamis brings over a decade of experience representing non-profit organizations, associations, tech companies and government contracting firms. Kamis’ approach emphasizes strategic planning with a focus on workplace strategy to develop a comprehensive office model for each of her client’s, and she leverages her background in business and property management to ensure each client is protected throughout the entire duration of their lease.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kamis served as Senior Managing Director with MGA, Inc. representing tenants locally in the Washington, DC region as well as in other major metro areas throughout the United States. She has represented her clients in lease negotiation, restructuring and renewal, new site selection and disposition of excess space via terminations, sublets and asset sales.  
 
Before joining MGA Inc., she worked on the Property Management team at The John Buck Company based in Chicago, Illinois. She was one of three employees locally managing the repositioning and lease up of their Washington, DC portfolio.   

EDUCATION

Kamis earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from University of South Carolina.
