June Simonian

June is an Executive Vice President with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group in Chicago. She has over 30 years of experience in representing tenants both in Chicago and nationally. June is known for her detailed approach, in-depth negotiation skills, and her market expertise. She applies a creative approach in addressing her clients’ wide range of needs, and she has represented the majority of her clients for over 20 years.

Since joining Transwestern in 2016, June has completed a variety of transactions, including two headquarter lease deals over 100,000 square feet in size. Prior to her time at Transwestern, June was a top producer at Grubb & Ellis, Bradford Allen, Lee & Associates, and DTZ. June was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Transwestern. Before entering the real estate industry, June was employed by the National Sales Division of Merrill Lynch in New York and earned her Series 7, series 63, and insurance licenses.

June’s clients have included AFSCME Council #31, Chicago Federation of Labor, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Illinois Restaurant Association, Prism Healthcare, McVey & Parsky, Milliman Inc., News America, Talent Partners, Wellspring Partners, and Zenith Administrators.

June received her bachelor’s degree from Boston College and her master’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
