TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Howard Watkins is a principal within the Transwestern Tenant advisory & Workplace Solutions group. He and his team specialize in representing local and national clients, with emphasis on developing and implementing strategic transaction management strategies that produce occupancy cost savings for clients. With a track record of representing clients in over 300 transactions in 26 different U.S. states, he is a member of Transwestern Champions club.
 
He is an expert in various types of transactions such as leasing, subleasing, renewals, buy-outs, expansions, early terminations, and contractions. Howard has a bottom-line goal to maximize the value of his clients rental dollars, with particular attention to timely research and response, as well as efficient lease negotiation. His competency in information technologies and financial analyses saves his clients time and money. Watkins has been nationally recognized as one of the top multi-market leaders within Transwestern, and he is responsible for oversight of all corporate services efforts within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Watkins enjoys mentoring younger associates within the firm and is involved in the summer associateship program at Transwestern.
