Elise Jaco

Elise is a Senior Associate in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group based in Houston, Texas. Specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation, she works alongside established Senior Vice Presidents on the team. Elise is responsible for leasing a portfolio of properties across the Texas Medical Center, Sugar Land, Conroe, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Tomball, Pasadena and Baytown. She is actively engaged in healthcare business development, leasing, marketing and research for healthcare systems and physician tenants.

Since joining Transwestern in 2019, Elise has been recognized for her passion and expertise in creating unique marketing strategies. She excels at fostering trusted relationships with clients such as UT Physicians, Healthpeak Properties, Heitman and Ridgeline Capital Partners.

Elise graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Leadership. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas.
