HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces its Houston Healthcare Advisory Services team has brokered the sale of River Oaks Medical Center, a 37,786-square-foot Class B medical office building in Greenway Plaza. Transwestern’s Executive Managing Director Justin Brasell represented the seller, Enclave Management, in the disposition of the asset.
“In addition to River Oaks Medical’s high-profile location on Hwy 69, the building houses two highly respected ambulatory surgery centers included in its tenant roster,” said Brasell. “Both ASC’s have long-term lease commitments providing the new owners, Ridgeline Capital and their investors, years of dependable cash flow.”
The property will stay in the Transwestern family, as Ridgeline Capital Partners has retained Transwestern’s Vice President Sarah Carter and Associate Elise Pantazis to provide leasing services for the building. Transwestern has also been hired for property and construction management services as Ridgeline Capital Partners has a nearly 10-year relationship with Transwestern, leasing and managing a variety of its Houston assets.

Located at 4120 Southwest Freeway, the project offers immediate proximity to patients in Bellaire, Greenway Plaza, the Galleria, River Oaks, and West University with a less than 10-minute drive. The two-story property includes ample parking and covered patient drop-off.
Additional upgrades to the asset are currently being evaluated by the new ownership.
