TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Vice President and Senior Property Manager, Stephanie oversees an office tower portfolio of approximately five million square feet in the greater Houston area and directs property management operations for the Office Management Group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Stephanie has been active in commercial real estate since 1992. She is experienced in all aspects of real estate management, including property management, fiscal management and construction supervision of commercial office, retail and industrial portfolios for institutional and private equity clients.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Stephanie held property management positions with major real estate firms, including Hines Interests Limited Partnership (Houston Galleria Office Towers -three-high-rise office towers/retail of over 1.5 million square feet each); MacFarlan Real Estate Services and CMD Realty Investors, managing high-rise office portfolios, including construction projects.
 
In 2006 Stephanie joined Transwestern in Orange County, California, where she served as the Senior Property Manager responsible for all aspects of operational management of a portfolio of office and retail in New Port Beach, Santa Ana and Anaheim. 
 
She transferred back to Houston in 2007 and was the Senior Property Manager for an 822,878 square foot high-rise office project located in Houston’s CBD on behalf of Transwestern Investment Company. Most recently she has managed high rise office buildings located on Houston’s west side and Energy Corridor, several of which have achieved the LEED Silver & Gold Certifications.  In addition, she completed more than twelve million dollars in renovation projects during 2011 – 2013. 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Stephanie served as the 2018 IREM Houston Chapter President and has served on the IREM Executive Council since 2003 in various Vice President leadership roles; 2011-2014 President of the WestLake Park Association; 2013 CREW Membership Chair; nominated as the 2005 CPM of the year; member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMAâ); Commercial Real Estate Women (CREWâ); and the Houston Chapter of US Green Building Council.
