TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Virginia joined the Transwestern team as a Senior Property Manager. She works to oversee all operations at 3630 Peachtree. She has operated this property in accordance with LEED GOLD certification.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Virginia has over 14 years of class A and mixed-use property management experience. She transitioned a portfolio of Class A, high-rise, mixed-use properties from its prior employer to Transwesterns management. Virginia was responsible for overseeing all operations, accounting, and engineering functions for this owners Atlanta portfolio, as well as properties for several other owners. During her career, She has led project disposition, office to hotel conversion, LEED certification (GOLD), tenant improvements, capital improvements and significant emergency repairs.
 
She currently acts as the direct point of contact and manager for the Master Association on behalf of 4 different entities which equate to 4 appointed Master Association Board of Directors. She continues to assist the HOA appointed Master Association Board of Directors and the HOA/Ritz-Carlton Residential Management team with community updates that is circulated to the other HOA Board Members and the residential community consisting of 125 units. In addition, she also assists and partners with the adjacent church that sits on the property line.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

She is an active member of the Livable Buckhead Sustainability Committee. She was awarded the Triple Bottom Line Award presented by the Livable Buckhead and Buckhead Business Association.

EDUCATION

Virginia received her associate degree in art history from Truett McConnell College and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia.
