Joseph led the management team at 2000 St. James Place, a Galleria area high-rise office housing Weatherford International’s US Headquarters. Joseph was General Manager at 712 Main, a 37-story historic art deco office tower containing 794,186 rentable square feet located in Houston’s central business district. At 712 Main Joseph supervised over $4 million in capital improvements including curtain wall repairs, davit & tieback installation, fire sprinkler installation, asbestos abatement, and elevator renovation.
Joseph was responsible for management and leasing of 1001 McKinney in Houston’s CBD. Under Joseph’s direction 1001 McKinney earned the Energy Star every year from 2008-2013 and in 2011 achieved LEED Gold for existing buildings. Other assignments during his career include 3040 Post Oak Blvd and BMC Software’s Campus in Houston, Texas. Joseph has extensive experience in building operations, financial reporting, training of personnel, tenant improvement & building improvement construction, and commercial office leasing.
Joseph began his career in property management in 2001. His management assignments have served a variety of owners including J.P. Morgan Chase, Cigna, LaSalle Investments, Transwestern Investment Company, Anthem Properties, Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors, Silverpeak Real Estate Partners, Skanska USA, Lionstone Investments, and Principal Real Estate Investors.
