TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John oversees a medical portfolio of approximately 2.3 million square feet, and an office portfolio of 750,000 square feet in the greater Houston area.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

John has been active in commercial real estate since 1978. Experience includes managing the 1.7 million square feet Wells Fargo Plaza, and a variety of high-rise office, suburban office, medical office and industrial projects. His clients have included Memorial Hermann, Norvin Partners, Sarofim Real Estate Advisors, Lowe Enterprises, Transwestern Investment Company and MetLife.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 1991, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LandLord Resources, Inc., a commercial property management company in Corpus Christi. Previously, he served as Vice President of Rust Properties Management, Inc. where he supervised the management of office and retail space in Corpus Christi and San Antonio.

EDUCATION

John received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Midwestern State University.
 
 He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
