TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Scott Fetterolf joined Transwestern in 2015 with a focus in advisory and transaction services to owners of Washington, DC office buildings.  With 14 years of experience servicing developers, investors, and institutional and local owners, Scott is a lead Mid-Atlantic agency services team member with current assets in both the traditional business districts and contemporary submarkets in Washington, DC.  Scott’s diverse commercial real estate background and his dedicated advisory services provide dynamic solutions to generate value for his clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Mr. Fetterolf began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 and has represented his clients in over a $1.5 billion in sales and leasing transactions.  In DC, Scott has been involved in approximately 11 million square feet of agency leasing in over 60 office assets including notable projects in Central Business District, East End, Capitol Riverfront, Capitol Hill, Uptown, Noma, Friendship Heights and Georgetown.
