Sarah Carter

Sarah is a Vice President in Transwestern’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Group. She has a decade of dedicated healthcare knowledge and experience, which she utilizes to serve her clients. Specializing in Agency Leasing, Sarah is responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 1.2 million square feet of medical office buildings in Houston and surrounding markets for institutional clients. Her portfolio includes buildings in The Medical Center, Bellaire, Kingwood, Northwest, Conroe, Texas City, Lake Jackson, and Baytown.

 

She also focuses on Tenant Representation for physicians and hospitals throughout Houston. Her clients value her knowledge of the medical real estate market coupled with her consultative approach to understanding their business and growth plans. Leveraging her MBA, she works with her clients to align their real estate strategy with their operational and financial goals.

 

Sarah joined Transwestern in 2015 after relocating from Dallas, where she was a Transaction Manager on the Baylor Scott and White Health hospital account for close to four years.
