Rick is responsible for the development, implementation and management of Transwestern’s team member benefit and compensation programs.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Rick joined Transwestern in 2010. With over 20 years of experience as a benefits and compensation management professional, his prior background includes health and welfare compensation, HRIS management and employee recognition at technology, food, apparel, retail and healthcare companies. Rick has also served as a senior consultant for national human resource management consulting firms.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Rick is a member of the Chicago Compensation Association. He also received his certification as compensation professional from WorldatWork.

EDUCATION

Rick earned an MBA from DePaul University with a concentration in human resources management. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northeastern Illinois University.
