TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Patricia Dushaj is a property manager in Transwestern’s Detroit office, where she is responsible for managing and overseeing all day-to-day operations, customer service and tenant relations for North Troy Timberland Office Complex, Arboretum West, Southfield Crossing 1 and Forest Park Office Building.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Patricia joined Transwestern in 2017, bringing more than 8 years of experience in the property management industry, with experience in both commercial and residential. Her notable clients include FD Stonewater, Starwood Property Trust and Ashley Capital.
 
Her on-site experience provides her with the versatility necessary to successfully manage any property management assignment. Patricia’s career assignments have also included Medical Office and Retail. She was awarded the Transwestern Midwest Region Asset Services Professional of the year in 2018.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Patricia is an active BOMA member and holds her Michigan Real Estate Salesperson’s license.

EDUCATION

Patricia completed her BOMA Foundations of Real Estate Management courses and is working towards her RPA.
