Jennifer Simpson is a property manager based out of Transwestern’s Atlanta office. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of office and industrial properties located in the metro Atlanta area.
With more than five years of property management experience, Jennifer has managed all types of commercial properties, has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. She is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to building engineers and following up on those requests with tenants, overseeing the local accounts receivable and payable functions and working with Transwestern’s Texas-based accounting teams, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.
Jennifer also gained challenged asset expertise while serving as property manager of Tower Place 200, a 259,888-square-foot Class A office building in the heart of Buckhead. The building, which went into receivership due to the owner’s inability to restructure the loan, was managed expertly by Jennifer during a period of months in which she was able to control costs while maintaining the highest service levels and owner reporting needs, a commendable feat during a difficult time for the building.

Prior to obtaining her current position with Transwestern, Jennifer was an assistant property manager with the company. She also has worked with GVA Advantis in a property management role.

Jennifer is a member of BOMA Atlanta. She also is working toward her RPA designation.
