Katie Hopp

As a General Manager, Katie manages the day to day operations of Baker Center, a one-million square foot asset in Minneapolis’ downtown core business district. Katie is a detail-oriented professional who maintains strong relationships with tenants, vendors and owners to effectively meet and exceed their expectations. Her responsibilities include preparing and managing property budgets, controlling building expenses, oversight of vendors and building staff, and reporting financials.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Katie began her real estate career at Cassidy Turley in 2007 as an Appraisal Associate, then moved into the property management division in 2010. Relying on her strong background in finance and communications, Katie is an exceptional resource for her clients when it comes to both financial and operational issues. Providing clients with thorough and accurate reports and recommendations, she administers best-in-class customer service.
