Firm Adds Assistant Property Manager and Analyst to Expanding Regional Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been named Asset Services provider for two real estate properties in the Carolinas region: 200 W. Second St., a 272,820-square-foot, Class A office building in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and 3601, 3701 and 3715 Performance Road, a 75,470-square-foot, three-building industrial portfolio in Charlotte’s Airport/West submarket. Transwestern Managing Executive Vice President Micah Larmie and newly hired Assistant Property Manager Xyomara Rivera will oversee Asset Services for both properties.

Transwestern Development Company (TDC) has expanded its multifamily development capabilities in the region with the addition of analyst Nate Aman. In July, the firm’s investment sales team brokered the disposition of the former CitiFinancial headquarters, a Class A, 168,078-square-foot office building at 605 Munn Road in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
