Nate Hines

Nathan is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Transwestern’s Asset Services in the Midwest region, managing and providing oversight for various properties for the company. In this role, he works primarily with properties under receivership and/or real estate owned.

Nathan has been active in commercial real estate for more than 27 years and has managed and provided oversight for a wide mix of property types, from institutional owned to individual owners. His experience and exposure to various types of real estate has allowed him to hit the ground running with which ever type of assignment he becomes involved with.

 

Nathan also has extensive experience with distressed properties. In 2021 he successfully over saw the disposition of a 120-asset portfolio of banks located across the country, and in late 2023 he helped navigate the sale of a real estate owned Chicago commercial office asset.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2006, Nathan worked for commercial real estate firms including MB Real Estate and U.S. Equities Realty, Inc.

Nathan received his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.
