Jennette Stratton

As Portfolio Manager in the Midwest region of the Asset Services division, Jennette manages and provides seamless oversight and client support on various office, retail, and mixed-use assets in the Transwestern portfolio. With a background in asset management and accounting, Jennette is a commercial real estate veteran who taps into her experience of team building, accounting, and property oversight as she elevates the level of services offered, excels at relationship management, and increases efficiency for TW-managed properties. Working closely with the engineering, management, and senior leadership teams, Jennette oversees vendor contracts and tenant and capital improvement projects, administers the annual budget process, and completes monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

Jennette has over 23 years of experience in property management and real estate accounting. She has provided management services on various properties that have gone through redevelopments, sales, refinances, and management transitions. Her extensive experience in real estate management and accounting has proven valuable to Transwestern, empowering Jennette to consistently provide the Asset Services team with high levels of support, guidance, and training on company and client-specific requirements. Previously, Jennette served as a senior property manager at 500 West Madison, where she was part of the team that oversaw the management of the 1.5-million-square-foot, Class A mixed-use office building owned by KBS Realty Advisors. During this time, the team won an International TOBY award in the "Over 1 Million Square Feet" category. Prior to Transwestern, Jennette held administrative and accounting roles for local CRE company MB Real Estate.

Jennette is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois.
