Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

An assistant vice president in Transwestern’s San Francisco office, Maddie specializes in landlord representation. She focuses primarily on the SOMA and South Financial District submarkets. She and her team oversee a portfolio of more than 30 office buildings totaling more than 3 million square feet. Her clients include American Assets Trust, Hudson Pacific Properties and the Swig Company.   

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Maddie began her real estate career in 2013 at Harvest Properties, where she served on the property management team, prior to joining Colliers as a leasing broker for the SOMA market. Her background in building operations and management provides her with a unique perspective on agency leasing, which she brings to each client engagement.
